Order Process:
Once you have decided on a theme, reserve your dates and check out. As soon as Creative Yard Cards Charlotte receives your completed order, you will be emailed a form to customize your sign. Please make sure to check your email and fill out the form. This will provide us important details we need to complete your order.

Platinum Package Upgrade:
Interested in creating the ultimate yard card sign? Upgrade to our Platinum Package. This package includes up to 40-50 pieces of flair including balloons, stars, 10-15 custom pieces designed to match the personality and hobbies of the recipient and more. Typically Platinum Package designs can be 6 feet tall and even higher and come with 2-3 spotlights to ensure the entire display can be viewed in the dark. You can upgrade your package to the Platinum Package by selecting that option in the “Extra Options” at checkout.
Sign Signature Upgrade:
The sign signature upgrade is a mini sign within the sign to tell your person who gifted them their sign. It can say (for example) Love, The Smiths with balloons. You can let us know what you would like your sign signature to say when you fill out the customization form. To pay for it when you check out click the “Sign Signature” button from the “Extra Options” menu at checkout.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are calculated using our business address as a starting point and will be automatically added at checkout based on distance from recipient’s address. Delivery charges are as follows:
- Delivery Fee for Locations 0-10 Miles: $0.00
- Delivery Fee for Locations 10-15 Miles: $15.00
- Delivery Fee for Locations 15-25 Miles: $25.00
