Refund policy
Creative Yard Cards Charlotte does not offer refunds. All signs are artistic in nature and we will do our best to use the information you provide to create the perfect sign for your recipient. If there is an issue with the sign, please let us know and we will make every reasonable attempt to correct it. Creative Yard Cards Charlotte is not responsible for bad addresses, misspelled names and misinformation due to incorrect information provided by the person purchasing the yard card. The client will be charged $25 if we are required to come back and correct those items due to client error.
While we do our best to place every sign, if we are unable to place the sign due to bad address, missing gate code, dogs in the yard, rain out or other issue beyond our control, the customer will be provided credit for a sign for another day;Â
All deposits for signs or balloons are non-refundable if order is cancelled. Deposit may be placed in an account for use towards future purchase. Signs and balloon cancellations within 2 weeks of placement date will receive credit towards order placed on another date.
If a refund has to be issued for circumstances beyond control, please allow 30 days for payment.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
The client should not move or pull the sign out of the ground. If cards are damaged while left at client's site, the customer will be charged the value of damaged signs or $350 whichever is less.
