This balloon arrangement includes 15ft garland in up to 3 colors and a variety of size balloons draped diagonally on a circle frame.
Special does not include foils, florals or extras.
Please note: if you are looking for a balloon order to be delivered outside of listed delivery hours, please message us and let us know. We are able to delivery outside of normal hours for balloons, neon and party rentals only. Yard cards must be scheduled within offered delivery hours.
